Self Soul Retrieval

August 12th: 5-6pm PDT

This will be a simple guided meditation and no experience is required.  You will be seated on the floor, in a chair, or laying down on a mat. (Your choice.) I will offer a brief opening incantation, expressing gratitude and setting intentions. I will then guide you in getting yourself grounded, your energies flowing, and moving right into a gentle self soul retrieval. This means calling back any of your own light that you've given away, lost, or sent along divergent timelines.  In this action, your nervous system will stabilize, and you will find yourself becoming more fully present, peaceful. As you shine brightly in wholeness, vibrating with healing, this will be reflected along the energy grid of the universe.  We are fractals of the whole. Healing for each of us is healing for all.
