Energy Reading & Healing 

Each session, no matter the length, is an aura reading. The amount of time we have together will determine which format I use to bring forward information. Shorter sessions are more targeted, so less time for chatting. In addition to reading your field, if you choose, I will also offer healing. A session may include past life information, light code transmission, removing chords or foreign energy, updating spiritual contracts and agreements, soul retrieval, or releasing of stuck memories and outdated belief systems. All sessions will include action items, self-work for you to do in the days that follow, to support your own healing. I can move big energy to get you started and ultimately, you are the only one who can heal yourself.
